Former Use: Historically, the subject property was operated as a filling station. Former occupants included the White Rose Gas station (mid 1950s), Mobil Service Station (late 1960s and mid 1970s) and M-44 Service Station (late 1970s until the early 1990s). Triple "H" utlized Buildings 1 and 2 as a truck repair facility in the 1990s.
