Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was originally developed in 1933 as a gasoline filling station and convenience store. Building 1 was utilized as the gasoline filling station and convenience store. Building 2 was utilized as a garage for storage of various items. Building 3 was utilized as a boat house for recreational use. Gasoline operations were abandoned at the subject property in 1998, and the convenience store closed in 2000. Three USTs (550-gal kerosene, 550-gal fuel oil, 1,000 gal diesel) were installed on the subject property in 1971 and were removed from the ground in April 1992. Two 4,000-gallon gasoline USTs were installed on the subject property in 1984 and were removed from the ground in June 2000. In addiiton, one 110-gallon white gas UST was discovered on the subject property in 1992 and removed from the ground in June 2000. The subject property has remained vacant since 2000.
