Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was originally developed in the 1930s as a gasoline filling station and convenience store. Originally, two 550-gallon USTs (gasoline and diesel/kerosene) and one 300-gallon kerosene UST existed on the subject property. Two 4,000-gallon gasoline USTs were installed in 1970 and the former USTs were abandoned. The 300-gallon kerosene UST was removed from the ground in August 1994, the remaining four USTs were removed from the ground in May 1999. The subject building was vacant during that period between 1999 and 2001 when Mr Howie Lodholtz purchased the subject property. He moved his sporting goods store and firearms repair business into the subject building in 2001. The subject property has operated as Howie's Gun Shop since that time. (PPF - Howie's Gun Shop, 1/29/2007)
