Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The northwestern portion of the site is depicted as a single-family dwelling and garage on the 1915 Sanborn Insurance Map. Recreational field from 1930s to current (2021). A parking area is visible on the northeastern portion of site in 1993 aerial photograph. Past Ownership: the Site was acquired by the City of Sacramento in 1981 for recreational purposes, and that ownership was transferred to the City's Redevelopment Agency in 1986. In 2012, site ownership was transferred to the City's Housing Authority, and has been leased to Fortune Schools for recreational purposes since 2012.
