Property Highlights

Former Use: The current owner, Gordy Inc., purchased the Site in 1996 from the Mogul Rubber Corporation. At the time there was a single large industrial building. Portions of this large building were constructed prior to 1926. Multiple additions and renovations were made to this building throughout the 1900�s. Between 1996 and 2001, Gordy, Inc. partially razed the large building and subdivided it into the three separate buildings that currently exist.
