Additional Property Attributes

The Land Assembledge Redevelopment Authority acquired this property through a tax foreclosure sale for the purpose of constructing affordable housing in some of Houston's more distressed neighborhoods. LARA funded the Phase I ESA. PPF - 4401 Liberty Road, 2-7-07. The City of Houston Brownfields Redevelopment Program performed the Phase II Assessment using U. S. EPA grant funds. The end result was affordable residential single-family home.

Former Use: Vacant property, former residential, adjacent to a UST facility acquired by tax foreclosure.
