The E&ES for the site property was recorded with Malheur County on March 10, 2010. The E&ES for the adjacent property Goodman Oil, 302 Main Street was recorded with Malheur County on April 12, 2010. The E&ES documents include the following restrictions. 1 groundwater shall not be extracted through wells or by other means or used at the site for consumption or other beneficial use, as long as the hazardous substance concentrations exceed the acceptable risk level for such use 2 residential use is prohibited and 3 construction or expansion of future structures on the site shall not occur unless appropriate measures i.e. passive venting, vapor barrier are taken to mitigate the potential for vapor intrusion.
