Additional Property Attributes

This approximate 6 acres is located in the heart of Old Town Sherwood. It is located adjacent to the new Sherwood City Hall and Library, a $10 million dollar project intiated by the Sherwood Urban Renewal District. (PPF - Old Sherwood Cannery, 12/13/06)

Former Use: Property used from 1918 to 1971 as a fruit cannery. Other uses were an auto parts distributor, play equipment, organ repair, and pump house/transfer station for a 1920s power company.
