Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property is an undeveloped grassy parcel located on Milton Avenue and owned by the City of Boston. The Subject Property is a rectangular-shaped vacant parcel bordered by chain link fence to the east. The Subject Property is a part of a cluster of three undeveloped lots located to the north of the intersection of Milton Avenue and Norfolk Street. The City of Boston Assessing On-line Database records indicate that the Subject Property is exempt from classification. The assessor�s records indicate that the description for property type is reported as �Exempt� between 1987 and 2002. The property type for the Subject Property is listed as �Commercial land� between 2003 and 2005. The Subject Property is currently a vacant lot in a predominantly residential area in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Carl Hyman of the DND indicated that the parcel was foreclosed on April 13, 1984.
