There are no permanent buildings or structures on the site. According to historical information, the site was formerly improved with a building of residential use between 1908 and 1989. The general setting surrounding the property is residential, abandoned commercial and vacant parcels. The Phase I ESA identified no RECs associated with an offsite source of a release from a State-listed site. The Phase I ESA does identify that the abutting property to the east has a long history of petroleum use and storage and although there was no information regarding releases or spills, there is the possibility that a historical release may have occurred and possibly impacted property.
