Institutional and Engineering Controls

Yes
Enforcement/Permit Tools
Without a Phase II, we are unaware of extent of any contamination. The City of Coralville has in place and approved by the DNR an ordinance, #90.07, that would prohibit any type of well if public water is available at an abutting street, alley or right of way if groundwater contamination is present. If contaminated this site has access would have access to public water.
