Additional Property Attributes

These sites developed in the 1940s as residential properties. Today, the use still remains residential. Three, 500-1,000 SF houses currently occupy the site and consume 20 of the land use. The remaining 80 is landscaped. Phase I revealed nearby leaky USTs and possible on site waste disposal, a Phase II was recommended. Due to other priorities, the Phase II was not completed at the time and is currently being picked up this quarter, February 2010.
