Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Property is an undeveloped lot located on Woodrow Avenue and owned by the City of Boston. The Subject Property is a rectangular-shaped grass-covered with some trees along the northern border. The Subject Property is one of a cluster of vacant lots located on Woodrow Avenue. The vacant 19 Woodrow Avenue parcel abuts the Subject Property to the east. The Subject Property is surrounded with a chain link fence on the southern and northern border. A poured concrete wall is located on the eastern side of the Subject Property. The Subject Property is accessed through a gate in the chain-link fence. The records indicate that the description for property type is reported as �Exempt� in 2006, between 2003 and 2005 the Subject Property was classified as �Commercial Land�. The Subject Property was �Exempt� between 1990 and 2002 and �Residential Land� from 1987 to 1989.
