Former Use: The Subject Property is a vacant lot located to the north of the intersection of Milton Avenue and Woodrow Avenue. The Subject Property is a rectangular-shaped vacant lot with a chain link fence on the southern and northern border of the Subject Property. The Subject Property one of a cluster of vacant lots located on Woodrow Avenue. The parcel that abuts the Subject Property to the east is the 17 Woodrow Avenue property and the 21 & 23 Woodrow Avenue property to the west. There is no designated gate to access the lot. However the Subject Property can be accessed using the open walk way present on 17 Woodrow Avenue. The 0.06-acre lot is currently a grass-covered vacant lot located on Woodrow Avenue and owned by the City of Boston. The City of Boston Assessing On-Line records indicate that the Subject Property is exempt from classification. The records indicate that the description for property type is reported as �Exempt� in 2006, between 2003 and 2005 the Subject Property was classified as �Commercial Land�. The Subject Property was �Exempt� between 1990 and 2002 and �Residential Land� from 1987 to 1989.
