Additional Property Attributes

This property includes 3 parcels that were once part of the Sanford woolen mills. The parcels included several outbuildings and railroad tracks, and are underlain with urban fill material. Lot J30-47 is associated with the International Woolen Co. mill complex and there is a Declaration of Environmental Covenant (DEC) in place due to contaminated soil and groundwater. Lot J30-44B has a separate DEC in place. Note that Lot J30-44B was previously associated with ACRES property ID 52621 . The parcels are currently vacant and forested, and are proposed for redevelopment by Sanford Housing Authority.
