Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to information found in the Phase I ESA, previously completed by Mackinac Environmental Technology, Inc. (Mackinac), the subject property was purchased in 1938 by the Weber family and consisted of undeveloped woodlands and open areas. Following the purchase of the subject property, the Weber family built the current residential structure, which is located in the central section of the subject property. In the 1940s the current commercial building was constructed. During the 1940s and into the 1950s the commercial building was operated as a restaurant before being converted into the Zephyr Gasoline Service Station, which operated until the 1960s. During the 1960s, the commercial building was utilized as an electric automobile repair facility. In the 1970s a portion of the building was operated by the repair facility while the remaining portions were occupied by an injection molding operation. Both businesses operated until the late 1980s when the repair facility closed. The injection molding business operated until November of 2006. Since November of 2006 the subject property has remained vacant.
