Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was reportedly owned by Bair Farms and utilized as farmland and for farming activities until approximately 1960 when Gulf Oil Corporation purchased it. The existing subject building was constructed in approximately 1960 and was occupied by Sheren's Gulf Service fueling station until 1974. In 1974, Forrest and Mary Waldo purchased the subject property. The subject property was occupied by the commercial businesses for automotive fueling, service, repair purposes between 1974 and 1986. The subject property was vacant between approximately 1986 to 1989. In approximately 1990, Waldo's Towing and Auto Sales moved into the subject building and currently occupies the subject building.
