Former Use: The subject property was occupied by various small businesses until prior to 1927. Beginning in at least 1927, the subject property was utilized for filling/service stations, including business names such as Elmer Horn Filling Station 1944, Miller's Standard Service 1947, Bigham Standard Service 1951, Burkholder's Standard Station 1957-1972, dick's Standard Service approximately 1968-1975 and Bob Glenn's Standard 1981. Dick's Standard Service Station operated the subject property as a filling station, automobile repair facility, and a small car wash. Bay Service Station occupied the subject property from at least 1986 to 2000. Bay service station reportedly operated a filling station and automobile repair facility. PPF-9/11/07 Property operated as a gasoline filling station from 1927-2000.
