Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The main building, originally constructed in 1951 (with an addition in 1954) was used as an instructional building for industrial arts classes until between 1968 and 1972. The building has been utilized as a bus garage, including bus maintenance and repair activities since at least 1964. The Eaton Rapids Public Schools' Maintenance Department occupied the property since at least 1968. A pole building was constructed n the mid to late 1980s. Additionally, the property contains a storage shed constructed in the early 1990s. The storage shed has been used for the storage of recyclable papers. (PPF-9/11/07)
