Additional Property Attributes

The property is comprised of the southern half of city block 194. Redevelopment includes leasing the northern part of the property for a restaurant's outdoor seating; the remainder of the property will be a public use space with landscaping, a water feature, public art, and space for events. (PPF - Old Post Office Plaza, 9/28/07). The space to be leased is the a portion of the current green space, therefore no commercial acreage shown in future use section. Redevelopment did start shortly after cleanup began given extensive soil removal and need to prepare for foundation and footings of new redevelopment; simultaneous activities.
