This Phase I work was completed in support of a Town proposal to use the property for a ball field. The results indicated that the contaminant concentrations and distribution are not conducive to the proposed use without placement of a soil cap and institutional controls. The site is being addressed by the property owner.

Former Use: Former industrial site. Formerly owned by Elementis Chemical. Industrial site from 1860 to 2001.
