Additional Property Attributes

This Phase I was completed in advance of the Citys acquisition of a property located on a former school property that will be used to construct a water tank and pumping station. This facility is necessary to serve the future growth of the surrounding residential area, and will accommodate the development of hundreds of new homes. (PPF - The Rivers Water Tank & Pumping Station Property, 10/22/07)

Former Use: The property is part of a middle school campus that was built in 1961, but has generally remained vacant since then. During the past 20 years, the property was used as a community garden.
