This Phase I was completed in advance of the City�s acquisition of a property located on a former school property that will be used to construct a water tank and pumping station. This facility is necessary to serve the future growth of the surrounding residential area, and will accommodate the development of hundreds of new homes. Former Use: The property is part of a middle school campus that was built in 1961, but has generally remained vacant since then. During the past 20 years, the property was used as a community garden.
