Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is about 104 acres of heavy industrial zoned property within the City of Redmond's Urban Growth Boundary. It includes tax lots 129 (about 64 acres) and 122 (about 40 acres). The city obtained the property from Deschutes County in 2004, who obtained it in 1965 from the federal government. In 1985, Weyerhaeuser leased tax lot 122 and developed a log storage and chipping facility. The chipping operation are currently leased by Stafford Logging. Tax lot 129 remains undeveloped except for 10 acres that are leased to an asphalt plant operator and is used for rock material stockpiles.
