Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: In 1980, Yates Township allowed the disposal of leaves, trees, branches, and stumps. Beginning in approximately 2000, area residents began dumping general refuse. Although Yates Township does not allow dumping of general refuse, AKT Peerless observed mounds of leaves, trees, branches, stumps, paper debris, drywall, carpet, Styrofoam, wood, and tires throughout the property.
