Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The existing building was constructed in 1962 and Baldwin Community Schools has owned the property since that time. Yates Middle School occupied the subject property from 1962 until 2000. Several portable classrooms were installed and have since been removed. One fuel oil UST was installed in 1962 and was removed in 1997. The Baldwin Community Schools utilized the property as an alternative education building from 2000 until 2005 when it was vacated.
