Additional Property Attributes

Brownfields Agreement BFA with NCDENR was finalized 4-6-2009. Land use restrictions were put in place on this date & terms of redevelopment are included primarily the use of dust suppression measures during redevelopment. Three homes have been built adjacent to the brownfield area one in the brownfield area. Note: Date No Further Action/Cleanup Completion Document Issued is NOT 4/6/09. Cleanup is not required. Property is in foreclosure.

Former Use: 35 acres of the property was used as an apple orchard, and the balance of the property is virgin forest. Brownfields acreage is 55.36 of a 115 acre site.
