Additional Property Attributes

Property owners purchased home in Sept. 2007 and noticed "Potential Brownfield"on Seller's Disclosure Statement. After we explained what this meant, they wanted a Phase I. The Phase I found nothing and it was assumed that the reason "Potential Brownfield" was on the disclosure statement is the property's proximity to the railroad tracks.

Former Use: Private residence located next to the Burlington Northern Sante Fe railroad tracks. Sellers disclosure stated "Potential Brownfield."
