Additional Property Attributes

Property is currently used for a variety of uses, such as a auto body garage, automotive sales, automotive painting, and automotive parts storage. The property includes four on-site buildings, one of which is two stories. The first floor of this building is used for the sale and storage of used auto parts, and the second floor is a residence. The site has historically been used for commercial uses, including as a junkyard. The property was notably used for automotive-related purposes since at least the mid-1960s or early 1970s. Suggest Phase II because: the site has historically operated as a junkyard; visible sheens were observed on puddles of stormwater; the site was identified as Hudson County Chromium Site #207; two monitoring wells were identified that were suspected to be related to the site's County Chromium Site status; significant concrete staining was found adjoining two 275-gallon aboveground storage tanks; an adjoining site is Hudson County Chromium Site #121; and a automotive paint booth and unidentified drain pipe were identified.
