Additional Property Attributes

The subject property, since 1950, has served as an active moter fuel plant, where gasoline, diesel fuel, and lubricants purchased on a wholesale market are stored in bulk storage tanks and warehouses for distribution to mainly service stations and convenience stores for resale on retail basis. Forrest Co Board of Superviosrs recently purchased the site with the intent to use it as a bulk terminal and storage facility for the county to provide gasoline and diesel for use through county road, bridge and maintenance operations.Phase I, II ESA have been completed on the property.
