Former Use: Description: Currently the property is vacant and not in use. It is enclosed (along with 1-2 Archer Terrace) by a chain link fence with a locked gate and covered by gravel, asphalt and grass. No evidence of USTs, ASTs or ground surface staining at the property. No RECs are identified for the property. However, because a Phase II investigation is advised for the adjacent property (1-2 Archer Terrace) if findings reveal contamination, this may impact this property.
