Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Description: Currently the property is vacant and not in use and overgrown with tall weeds and grass. Observed on the property during the site visit are the remains of one or two, very old, rusted 55-gallon drums; the hood of a car; sheet metal; a rusted tank of unknown use (possibly a gas tank from an automobile); and an automobile brake fluid reservoir. All of these were lifted to look at the soil beneath, neither staining nor odors were detected. No evidence of USTs, ASTs or ground surface staining at the property. The assessment revealed a potential, but unlikely REC for the property because the soil does not seem to be impacted by the debris located on the property. History: 1900 - 1911 - Two two-family dwellings and one one-family dwelling 1911 - 1996 - The three previous dwellings are no longer shown on the property. A new single dwelling and a garage are now present. Present - Property is vacant. 10/16/1989 - City of Boston forecloses on the property
