Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Description: Currently the property is vacant and not in use and covered by grass and weeds. Observed was that demolition on the adjacent property had recently occurred and that a significant amount of debris had been bulldozed to, but not over, the property line. Debris was consistent with that of an auto repair shop (car parts, tires, lubricant buckets, concrete, bricks, pieces of foundation, and pipes). Also, a number of long black pipes were being stored on the adjacent parcel's property line in addition to a Bobcat. It was determined that the adjacent parcel was being used as a staging area for work being performed on Quincy Ave. Additionally, Coal Ash was used as a fill material on the adjacent property. No evidence of USTs, ASTs or ground surface staining at the property. No RECs History: 1899 - 2-story dwelling 1931 - The 2-story dwelling remains and the subject property has been expanded. 1996 - Property is vacant. 04/25/1991 - City of Boston forecloses on the property
