Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is currently used as a personal vehicle mechanic shop and storage area, however, formerly the site operated as a car wash and auto service station. The site is being considered for church expansion by Holy Family Catholic Church. A Phase I ESA has been performed that revealed a potential REC. According to the Phase I ESA there are two in-ground hydraulic lifts located on the site. Three UST's were removed from the site in 1999. It has been recommended that the hydraulic lifts be removed and the surrounding soil be investigated to evaluate the potential for contamination from the hydraulic oil that may have leaked from the lift components.
