This project is a development of the Community Land Trust and includes affordable housing units (PPF - Bryan Dairy Road Property, 2/5/08).

Former Use: The property was a former dry cleaner and two automobile repair shops in a strip mall. Three properties were purchased by Pinellas County for intersection upgrade right-of-way. It is now excess county property that will be land-leased for housing project. A total of 33 units will be built with 28% for workforce housing.
