Additional Property Attributes

Pinellas County has assembled approximately 30 acres of blighted residential housing over the past several years. Community Development has installed infrastructure improvements, new streets, sewer and electrical within some of the project limits. The properties require Environmental Site Assessments prior to redevelopment (PPF - Dansville Community, 2/5/08).

Former Use: The property was of previous residential use. It is currently vacant due to land assembly efforts for market-rate and affordable housing projects.
