Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I was completed to meet the city's due diligence requirements under AAI, as the property will be purchased for the development of a portion of the River Walk Park along the Sacramento River. After development, the site will be converted to park/ greenspace at the north end of the River Walk Park, which extends southward along the city's riverfront. (PPF, 1/28/2008)

Former Use: Historically the site contained a dwelling unit and out building until sometime after 1915 when the structures were demolished and a levy was built on the site. Since that time, the site has contained a levy that is part of the Sacramento River levy system.
