A Scope of Work has been prepared by LVEDC Contractor and was reviewed by the EPA program coordinator. The contents of the Scope of Work will be implemented during the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment activities to be conducted at 716 and 718 Linden Street, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The property is two abandoned town homes (PPF - 716-718 Linden Street (G3LSNY00), 3/7/08). LVEDC contractor has completed the Phase I investigation. The environmental risks that exist were outlined. In reference to the demolition of the two town homes that are on the property. Date for demolition has not been determined. (PPF - 716-718 Linden Street (G3LSNY00), 5-5-08) Demolishion happened in April 2009. A total of 8 bags of friable asbestos pipe insulation were removed from the site prior to demolition. Final report by the QEP for the City of Allentown BCRLF was filed with Allentown on July 29 2009.

Former Use: Intown row homes. Vacant for over 20 years.
