This 893,447 EPA RACM BRLF Loan was part of a total 1,000,000 BRLF loan which financed environmental cleanup of the former Pfister and Vogel Tannery site in Milwaukee's downtown. The redevelopment cleaned up several contaminated sites in a highly visible area that is being redeveloped in in stages and will have condos, apartments, and 25K sq ft of retail space. The job creation at full capacity is expected to be 90 jobs.
