Additional Property Attributes

The property was part of a campground along Route 66, and has since been divided into separate parcels. The dwelling was built in the early 1900's and has a basement (rare for Flagstaff). The commercial building on site was used as a laundry facility and a grocerty store. No evidence of dry cleaning or UST was found. The owners are restoring the home, and is now renting the two apartments. The commercial building is being renovated for rental commercial space as well.
