Additional Property Attributes

Four builidings were redeveloped into an event center with catering and restaurant facilities, a theater and private residences with an elevator. Geothermal wells were installed. Due to the poor condition of the buildings,extensive repair was required. The buildings were beautifully redone, and has spurred adjacent property owners to invest in redevelopment.

Former Use: 3,000-squere foot, single storey office buidling. Past uses include a furniture store, men's clothing shop, optometrists, and tobacco shop.
