Additional Property Attributes

Through multiple years and a tremendous amount of grant funding and city match, the project has been successfully remediated. The volume of contaminated soil was much greater than orginally estimated. The city was able to secure a grant funding through the Department of Natural Resources to address the greater volume of contaminants. Redevelopment of the property will be for industrial purposes. The Port of Northern Montana has leased the property as a laydown yard for commercial enterprises.
