Additional Property Attributes

The property lies in a prime commercial area south of Kalispell. The property is bordered by Ashley Creek and has a portion of a rail line running through it that may be integrated in the local Rails-To-Trails system. (PPF- Kalispell Grain and Feed Supply, Kalispell, 9-4-07)

Former Use: Agricultural until 1954 when lumber mill owned by Frank Duffy went in. 1960 - Monarch Lumber Co., 1976 - Kalispell Feed and Grain, 1978 - Wranger Oil Co., 2007 - Flathead County owns property.
