Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is surrounded by commercial offices to the North and West, restaurants and retail to the East, and the Southwyck Shopping Center to the South. This property consists of an abandoned commercial department store and approximately 8.5 acres of paved asphalt for parking. The structure was built as a retail department store in 1972 and vacated in 2007. An asbestos survey was performed showing asbestos contamination. Past ownership included S-S-C Corporation.
