Additional Property Attributes

The current owner of the 16 acre parcel is very interested in redveloping the site for commercial/industrial use. The Phase I ESA was conducted because this site has high econmic potential due to it's proximity to a major highway and it adjoins other brownfields/industrial properties.

Former Use: The 16 acre site contains one 2 story masonry structure that is approximately 37,000 square ft. surrounded by asphalt parking lot and a limited amount of vacant land. The building was constructed circa 1980 and was used for textile manufacturing and retail. The current owner acquired the property from the Industrial Properties Corp. (a non profit redevelopment corporation) in 2006. The site is currently vancant.
