Pet�s Remembered Crematorium is listed as Lot 6 within the Widewater Industrial Park formerly named the Welborn Industrial Park. The business has been located at the address for approximately the past year, prior to that time period the building was part of a private welding business. The property consists of one, two-story steel strand building on a concrete slab that was constructed in the late 1970s. The off-site property to the northeast (Former Mechanic�s Laundry, VRP No. 69080705) is a potential REC. Dissolved VOCs have been detected in near/adjacent monitoring wells and soil borings within the Widewater Industrial Park.
