The properties at 1202, 1204 and 1208 Buena Vista will be part of the National Association of Latino Arts (NALAC) complex that will house performance space, artist resource center, residency space, small archival library and classroom space for NALACs Leadership Institute Program. NALAC is currently working with Mario Campos of Jones & Jones Architects in Seattle, to develop a project timeline. A phase I and Phase II ESA was provided through the U.S. EPAs Brownfields Petroleum Assessment Grant.
