Additional Property Attributes

The purpose of the Phase II ESA was to assess the potential impact to the property following the Tank Removal Closure investigation. The Phase II was performed to assist in confirming the nature and/or extent of possible soil groundwater contamination at the subject property. The site was historically used as a retail gasoline station and auto repair facility. The City of San Antonio proposes to demolish the building and use the property to install a turn lane for Highway 90 access road onto 36th Street.

Former Use: Former retail gasoline and repair facility. Dryen Stone Company uses the property as retail space for sales and storage of ornamental stone.
