The first phase is anticipated to begin in the first or second quarter of 2006 and will include a nine-story, 65 unit condo development. The completed project is anticipated to include 250-350 units and approximately 12,000 square feet of commercial or commercial retail. The property is adjacent to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Cedars light station. Design will incorporate linkages to DART.
