The future site will be the home of the new Lowell Trial Court complex, a 250,000 SF, 175 million, state courthouse complex housing 16 court rooms and the Northern Middlesex registry of deeds, to be constructed by the Commonwealth's Division of Capital Asset Management. The City sold the site to DCAM in early June. Continued site preparation work is commencing.

Former Use: Property was site of former railroad round house. Now, unimporved dirt/partially paved lot to be redeveloped into Lowell Trial Court complex
