Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Industrial Site last occupied by Soucy Iron Works. Previously occupied by Friend Lumber Company. The property is located nextdoor to Muldoon Brothers, which is a gas station that stores fuel in aboveground storage tanks. That property had a release which is currently impacting this property. An investigation of the release is currently being undertaken by the MassDEP.
